The idea of blending English silk with Irish yarn is a commentary on what it is to be a Northern Irish weaver. I have my original HMS Grainger Textiles collection, and also a Quartz collection. The idea was inspired by holistic principles, scarves inspired by the locations that I have been raised in, and also deep thought about colour theory. Some of the pieces have glitter throughout them for glamorous impact, and the bohemian aesthetic is emphasised by the ethnic flair.

Research in the textile industry has lead me to use the finest threads from UK and Ireland. Donegal Marino wool is amazing to work with. However I have travelled to Paris, Japan and Rotterdam to inspire and find my niche. I have experience working within the larger handwoven businesses, however my collections still grow.
